A lucky Missouri Lottery player who bought a Lotto ticket in the town of California is now a millionaire after matching all six numbers drawn on Dec. 28 to win the $3.1 million jackpot prize. The winning ticket was sold at Break Time, 200 W. Buchanan St. in California, with the winning number combination of 6, 14, 15, 19, 23 and 40.
“If you have this ticket, please sign the back of it right away keep it in a safe place until you’re ready to claim your prize,” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director for the Missouri Lottery. “This marks our 222nd Lotto jackpot winner and the 390th Missouri Lottery-made millionaire overall.”
Draw Game winners have exactly 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winner has until June 26, 2014. Lotto prizes can be claimed at any of the Lottery’s four offices, which are located in Jefferson City, St. Louis, Springfield and Kansas City.
