Chillicothe Man Makes Quick Cash on MO Lottery Scratchers Game
A Chillicothe man is $88,000 richer after uncovering a top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Power 8s” Scratchers game. Dennis Wall, 47, bought a winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 1210 Washington St., in Chillicothe.
“Power 8s” is a $5 ticket with a top prize of $88,000 that officially started on June 30.
