A Scratchers player from High Hill can lay claim to the first of eight grand prizes awarded in the Lottery’s “Warehouse Dash” promotion. Kathleen Dreisewerd’s entry was randomly selected in a drawing held today, earning her and a guest a trip to Chicago to race through the Points For Prizes™ warehouse to win all the merchandise they can grab in 90 seconds.

Through Oct. 7, Scratchers players who enter non-winning tickets online through the new My Lottery® Players Club at MOLottery.com will automatically receive entry into the “Warehouse Dash” promotion, along with the rewards points they earn for the Points For Prizes™ store. Eligible tickets include any current, active Missouri Lottery Scratchers game.

Dreisewerd’s prize is valued at more than $19,000. Seven more weekly drawings will be held to determine the remaining warehouse “dashers,” who will head to Chicago with Dreisewerd the weekend of Nov. 30. All grand prizes in the promotion include airfare, hotel accommodations, select ground transportation, $500 spending cash and, of course, a mad dash through the Points For Prizes™ warehouse.

First prize winners from the first drawing will each receive a $2,500 Best Buy® gift card. Those winners are:  Miles Johnson of Aurora; Thomas Locke Jr. of O’Fallon; Casey McDuffie of St. Ann; Shawn Robinson of St. Louis; and George Rousch of Carrollton.
