20-Year-Old Texan Takes Home Top Lottery Prize
Lucas Raper of Richmond, Texas, is $50,000 richer after turning in a top-prize winning Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket in July. Raper, 20, captured the windfall on a $3 “Money Bags” ticket he bought at Hy-Vee, 301 N.E. Rice Road, in Lee’s Summit.“Money Bags” officially started on June 6.
