Soda Stop Results in Quenched Thirst and Inflated Wallet

Story Photo audio icon A Moberly man is $4,000 richer after uncovering the prize amount on a Missouri Lottery “$3,000,000 Taxes Paid” Scratchers ticket. Brian Foster, 48, won $25 on the same game earlier in the week, so he stopped at Casey’s General Store, 410 S. Main St. in Huntsville, to trade in his ticket for another one and grab a soda.
Winning the Missouri Lottery is not new to Foster, who noted that “this is the second time” he’s won a $4,000 Scratchers prize.
As for how he’ll use his windfall, he plans to “pay bills.”
When the lucky Lottery winner was asked for advice for fellow players, he said to “keep trying, because you never know.”

$3,000,000 Taxes Paid,” a $20 game with a top prize of $3 million taxes paid, officially began on Aug. 13, 2011.
