New London Man Rolls Dice on Lottery Ticket and Wins Las Vegas Vacation
A New London man is about to board a plane and head west after winning an all-expense paid trip to Las Vegas on a Missouri Lottery “Caesars” Scratchers ticket. Thirty-two-year-old Joseph Mack said he was drawn to the “Caesars” game for two reasons; he had never been to Las Vegas, and he was hoping to win a cash prize. What he ended up with was the best of both worlds – a trip package that includes a three-night stay at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, airfare, ground transportation and $1,000 spending money.
“I can’t wait to go,” said the Titan employee, adding he intends to take his co-worker and friend with him on the trip, who, coincidentally, has also never been to Las Vegas.
Mack added that he’s looking forward to “sight-seeing and gambling” during his vacation.
“Everybody at work knows, and they’re all excited for me,” he shared.
The first-time Lottery winner purchased his winning “Caesars” ticket at Abel’s Quick Shop, 413 W. 1st St., in New London.
