KANSAS CITY WOMAN UNCOVERS $25,000 IN BINGO GAME

A Kansas City woman didn’t have to shout when she got a $25,000 "bingo" in the Missouri Lottery’s "Lucky 7s Bingo" game. Constance Washington recently uncovered the prize on a ticket she purchased at 7-Eleven, 2636 Van Brunt in Kansas City. Washington thought she won $500, until she took the ticket to the Lottery office in Independence to redeem it and found out it was worth $25,000. "Lucky 7s Bingo" is the 339th instant-win game offered by the Missouri Lottery since sales began in 1986. The $2 game officially went on sale Dec. 23, 2000.
