For the fourth time since January, a Missouri Lottery player has won $1 million by matching all five white-ball numbers drawn in a Powerball drawing. The latest $1 million ticket was sold at Hy-Vee Gas, 502 N. Baltimore St. in Kirksville, for the March 28 drawing.

“To those in the Kirksville area, now’s the time to pull out those tickets, if you played Powerball at this Hy-Vee station,” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director of the Missouri Lottery. “You can check your tickets against our website or winning numbers hotlines, or you can take them to any Lottery retailer and scan them on the Check-A-Ticket device.”

The winning white-ball numbers for March 28 were:  11, 16, 29, 50 and 58. Powerball winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, that would be Sept. 24. Missouri Lottery players are also urged to immediately sign the back of all tickets until they can redeem them at one of the Lottery’s four offices in Jefferson City, St. Louis, Springfield and Kansas City.

Prior to Jan. 15, Powerball players who matched all five white-ball numbers won $200,000, but game enhancements have elevated that prize to $1 million. More information about Powerball payouts and game features can be found at Molottery.com.
