St. Louis Circle K Sells Ticket with Top Prize

While other people are filing taxes, Barbara Rohr is busy winning a $100,000 taxes-paid Missouri Lottery prize. The 65-year-old St. Louis woman uncovered a top prize on a “$100,000 Taxes Paid” Scratchers ticket on March 5. Rohr bought the winning ticket at Circle K, 1514 Hampton Ave., in St. Louis.
