A Troy man is $100,000 richer, thanks to winning a top prize on a Missouri Lottery “$100,000 Payday Bonus” Scratchers ticket. Steven Stokes, 51, purchased his winning ticket at El Rancho Convenience Store, 1275 Highway 47 E., in Troy.“$100,000 Payday Bonus” is a $5 game that features play areas on the front and back of tickets. The Scratchers ticket officially began on July 2, 2011.
