Lee's Summit Man Becomes Instant Millionaire

A Lee’s Summit man became an instant millionaire after uncovering the second-level prize on a Missouri Lottery “$5,000,000 Cash Extravaganza” Scratchers ticket. Louis Scicchitano III, 52, bought the winning ticket at Price Chopper, 500 N.E. Barry Road, in Kansas City.
Scicchitano became the sixth player to claim a second-level prize of $1 million in the game. He is the 62nd player to win $1 million or more on a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket, and the 328th Missouri-made millionaire.
He selected to receive his $1 million prize as an annuity which will pay $50,000 a year for the next 20 years.
