A Grain Valley woman’s wallet is heavier, thanks to winning a $100,000 Missouri Lottery prize. Toni Yates, 43, purchased the winning “Missouri Lottery Black” Scratchers ticket at Gas Mart USA, 1501 N. Woods Chapel Road, in Blue Springs.”Missouri Lottery Black,” a $5 game with a top prize of $100,000, officially began on Aug. 13.
