Diamond Convenience Store Sells Lottery Ticket Worth $3 Million
One lucky Missouri Lottery player made a lucrative investment on Oct. 11. Roger Hirshey of Neosho walked into EJ’s Quick Stop, 320 S. Washington St. in Diamond, with $20 to spend on a “$3,000,000 Taxes Paid” Scratchers ticket, and he walked out a millionaire. Hirshey, 66, claimed the first $3 million top prize in the game.

$3,000,000 Taxes Paid,” a $20 ticket with a top prize of $3 million and a second prize of $500,000 taxes paid, officially began on Aug. 13.
