Missouri Lottery, Missouri State Fair: It's a 'Show-Me Thing'
Fairgoers will find the Missouri Lottery in a new location at this year’s Missouri State Fair in Sedalia, offering the same great games and fair-time specials from within the comfort of the air-conditioned Mo-AG Theater.
Lottery staff will be on hand Aug. 11- 21 with exclusive State Fair promotions and second-chance drawings, including the opportunity to win a pair of Kawasaki Jet Skis – complete with hauling trailer – a $500 Visa gift card, or $100 in Scratchers tickets.
Fairgoers who stop by the Lottery booth can also take advantage of State Fair offers that include free tickets.
“It’s a great chance for players to sample some of the different games we have available or take home a Lottery souvenir,” said Tyler Luetkemeyer, events manager for the Missouri Lottery. Offerings include:
Thursday, Aug. 11
Buy $5 worth of “Mega Millions;” receive a free Missouri Lottery water bottle.

In addition, all non-winning Missouri Lottery tickets purchased at the State Fair Lottery booth may be entered for a second-chance drawing each day. A total of 110 players will win $100 worth of Missouri Lottery Scratchers tickets Aug. 11-21 and move forward to the grand- and first-prize drawings on the last day.
The Missouri State Fair runs Aug. 11-21. Missouri Lottery booth hours at the event will be from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Aug. 11-20. It will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the final day, Aug. 21.
