Another Missouri Lottery-made millionaire was created over the weekend when a Lotto ticket purchased in West Alton matched all six numbers drawn to win the $1.9 million jackpot prize on June 25. The ticket, which was purchased at Rivers Edge, 14700 U.S. Highway 67, contained the winning number combination of: 6, 10, 20, 30, 38 and 40.
The ticket marks the 205th Lotto jackpot winner since the game started in 1986, according to May Scheve Reardon, executive director for the Missouri Lottery.
“This ticket is worth $1.9 million, so if you’re the lucky player who purchased it, we want you to sign the back of it right away and keep it in a safe place until you can come to one of our four Lottery offices,” she said.
Lotto winners have exactly 180 days from the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winner has until Dec. 22. Missouri Lottery offices are located in St. Louis, Kansas City, Jefferson City and Springfield. Maps to each office can be found on the Lottery’s website at Molottery.com.
