$21.6 Million in Proceeds Sent to Public Education

The Missouri Lottery sent $21.6 million to the Lottery Proceeds Fund to benefit public education programs today. The transfer of $21,621,835 was based on proceeds from April sales. It brings the total transferred in FY11 to more than $238.5 million.

Since the Lottery began 25 years ago, it has generated more than $3.9 billion for the state and public education. For more information about Missouri Lottery proceeds, see the “Where the $ Goes” section.

Time Running Out on Several Scratchers
Seven Scratchers games will expire in the next three months.  They are:

• Game 787, “Cash Line Bingo” – expires June 12;
• Game 775, “Silver 7’s” – expires June 17;
• Game 777, “Fast $50’s” – expires June 30;
• Game 773, “Ruby Red 7’s” – expires July 9;
• Game 780, “5X the Fortune” – expires July 9;
• Game 790, “Money Money Money” – expires July 9; and
• Game 791, “Sunny Money” – expires July 19.
