St. Louis Man Turns $2 Ticket Into $111,000 Jackpot

A St. Louis man is $111,000 richer after claiming the Missouri Lottery’s Show Me Cash jackpot from the May 3 drawing. James Horney, 46, purchased the winning ticket at Schnucks Market, 4333 Butler Hill Road, in St. Louis. Horney’s $2 Quick Pick ticket with EZ Match matched all five numbers drawn:  1, 3, 20, 33 and 34.

Show Me Cash is a daily Draw Game with jackpots that start at $50,000 and grow until someone wins. Horney was the 137th Show Me Cash jackpot winner since the game began on Sept. 8, 2008.
