The sun is shining for one Poplar Bluff man, who traded his umbrella for a $30,000 check. Bill Milton, 34, won a top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Quick $100” Scratchers game that he purchased at Northtown Beer Stop, N. 2059 Westwood Blvd. in Poplar Bluff, on May 5.

"Quick $100" is a $2 game with a top prize of $30,000 that officially began on April 30.
