Thomas Schmittgens, 58, purchased a $50,000 winning Missouri Lottery “Bonus Word Crossword” Scratchers ticket at 7-Eleven, 4328 Telegraph Road, in St. Louis. He claimed the top prize in the game at the St. Louis Lottery office on April 1.
Bonus Word Crossword” is a $3 game that officially began Feb. 5. The latest version of the popular Scratchers game features a top prize of $50,000.
