A Creighton woman is the first person to claim a $100,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “$100,000 Taxes Paid” Scratchers ticket. Nicole Staton, 24, purchased the winning ticket at Conoco, 708 A St., in Creighton.“$100,000 Taxes Paid,” a $5 ticket that offers more than 500 prizes from $1,000 to $100,000, officially began on Feb. 26
