Richland Man Turns $5 Purchase into $70,000 Prize
A Richland man is the first person to claim a $70,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “St. Louis Rams” Scratchers ticket. Andres Ayala, 55, bought the winning ticket at Primetime Oasis, 27050 S. Highway 133, in Richland."St. Louis Rams," a $5 ticket with a top prize of $70,000, officially began on Aug. 28, 2010.
