Jackson Man Wins $10,000 Lottery Prize

Story Photo audio icon A clerk from Jackson is considering purchasing a new car following a $10,000 Lottery win. Andrew Yount, 25, bought a Missouri Lottery “Casino Cash” Scratchers ticket after clocking out at ZX Easy Street, 1831 E. Jackson Blvd., in Jackson. He scratched the ticket in the store and couldn’t believe his eyes.
“I couldn’t believe it at first,” recalled Yount. “I was talking to the cashier because I know him. I was like, ‘Look at this!’”
Yount said he chose the “Casino Cash” ticket because “his father-in-law plays it a lot,” so he thought he would give it a try. The decision yielded the largest win to date for the young man who said he began playing the Lottery at 18.
“I was pretty excited,” added Yount.
Casino Cash” is a $5 game that officially began July 17, 2010.  Two top prizes of $100,000 and more than $4 million in other prizes remain in the game.  Track prizes remaining for this and every Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket here at Molottery.com.
