St. Louis Man Celebrates 30th Birthday with $24,000 Prize
A St. Louis man said goodbye to his 20s and hello to thousands of dollars. James Quinn turned 30 on Jan. 30, and he claimed a $24,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Lucky Gold” Scratchers ticket days later. Quinn purchased the winning ticket at Tesson Ferry Mobil, 13500 Tesson Ferry Road, in St. Louis."Lucky Gold," a $2 ticket with a top prize of $24,000, officially began on July 17, 2010.
