Mount Vernon Man Wins $25,000 Day Before Birthday
A Mount Vernon man had $25,000 reasons to smile on his birthday this year. Brian Wilson uncovered a top prize on a Missouri Lottery "Frosty Fortune" Scratchers ticket on Jan. 18 - one day before his 33rd birthday. Wilson bought the winning ticket at Kum and Go, 959 S. Glenstone Ave., in Springfield."Frosty Fortune" a $2 game with a top prize of $25,000, officially began on Oct. 23, 2010.
