Seven is the lucky number for one Iberia woman who took home a $77,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Power 7’s” Scratchers ticket. Carol Groves, 61, bought the winning ticket at Fanchers, 2326 Highway 17, in Iberia."Power 7’s," a $5 game with a top prize of $77,000, officially began on Dec. 4, 2010.
