Lottery Helps St. Louis Man Collect $100,000 in 'Casino Cash'
A St. Louis man is $100,000 richer after uncovering a $100,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Casino Cash” Scratchers ticket. Joseph Clements, 67, bought the winning ticket at QuikTrip, 3638 Bayless Ave., in St. Louis."Casino Cash," a $5 ticket with a top prize of $100,000 and more than $12 million in total prizes, officially began on July 17, 2010.
