Festus Man Finds $25,000 Lottery Prize
A Festus man started off the New Year $25,000 richer. Wayne Reiter, 59, uncovered a top prize on a Missouri Lottery “5X The Money” Scratchers ticket. He purchased the winning ticket at Crystal City BP, 801 N. Truman Blvd., in Crystal City."5X The Money," a $2 game with a top prize of $25,000, officially began on Nov. 23, 2010.
