Higginsville Woman Wins $50,000 Lottery Prize
A Higginsville woman spelled her way to a $50,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Crossword” Scratchers ticket. Theresa McNeal, 53, purchased the winning ticket at Break Time, 2600 Highway Blvd., in Higginsville."Crossword," a $3 game with a top prize of $50,000, officially began on Aug. 28.
