Overland Man Wins $200,000 Powerball Prize
A man from Overland has claimed a $200,000 Powerball prize from the Dec. 11 drawing. Randall Allman, 59, purchased the winning ticket at QuikTrip, 12700 St. Charles Rock Road, in St. Louis. His ticket matched all five white-ball numbers selected to win the second-level prize of $200,000. The winning numbers were: 1, 8, 10, 19 and 20. Powerball is a multi-lottery Numbers Game with jackpots that start at $20 million.
