Bingo is routinely one of the most popular Missouri Lottery Scratchers games, and the holiday-themed version is already making a splash with players.  A St. Louis woman is the first to claim a top prize in the “Jingle Bell Bingo” Scratchers game.  Revone Johnson, 67, purchased her winning ticket at QuikTrip, 5950 Howdershell Road, in Hazelwood.  After claiming her prize at the St. Louis Lottery office on Nov. 17, she said she would use the $50,003 windfall to pay bills.
