Festus Woman Finds $100,000 Fortune
A Festus woman found herself $100,000 richer after uncovering the top prize on a Missouri Lottery "10X The Cash" Scratchers ticket. Carmela McCollum, 45, purchased the winning ticket at Crystal City BP, 801 N. Truman Blvd., in Crystal City."10X The Cash," a $5 game with a top prize of $100,000, officially began on May 1.
