St. Clair Man Strikes "Lucky Gold"
A St. Clair man wishes to replace his home after striking it rich on a Missouri Lottery "Lucky Gold" Scratchers ticket. Thomas Finley won the top prize of $24,000 on a $2 ticket he purchased at Casey’s General Store, 340 N. Commercial Ave., in St. Clair. The 64-year-old indicated that he would tear down the old house on his property and replace it with a pre-manufactured home. Finley was "very happy" about his lucky find and subsequent demolition plans.
"Lucky Gold" is a $2 game that officially began July 17. Players can win up to 10 times and $24,000 on a single ticket. The gold-themed ticket has been popular with players and is selling fast, but more than $5 million in prizes, including four top prizes, remain. Players can track prizes remaining for this and every Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket here at Molottery.com.
