Lee Frapolli, former owner of L & B’s Restaurant, said he and his wife also plan to pay bills with some of the money.
Frapolli, 76, purchased his winning ticket at Schnucks Market, 5434 Southfield Center in St. Louis. He let the computer select the winning combination on his $1 ticket. The winning numbers were: 4, 9, 12, 25 and 28.
To date, 908 tickets worth $25,000 tax paid have been sold since the game began six years ago.
