Four St. Louis family members are sharing more than family stories after their $100K Triple Play ticket matched all four numbers drawn Friday to win the game’s $100,000 tax-paid top prize. The winners are: Barbara Hawkins, 41, of Jennings; Tracy Rahn, 38, of St. Louis (63114*); LaVerne Nelson, 42, of University City; and Shirley Hawkins, 62, of Chesterfield. Shirley Hawkins purchased the group’s winning ticket for her two daughters, Barbara Hawkins and LaVerne Nelson, and her sister Tracy Rahn. She bought the ticket at Dierbergs, 1322 Clarkson in Ellisville, using birthdays that Rahn had picked. Those winning numbers were: 16, 17, 27 and 29. Nelson said the family members had been talking about playing the lottery together, and they thought the new 13-week game would be a good time to try it. One other $100K Triple Play ticket sold for Friday night’s drawing matched all four numbers drawn to win the $100,000 top prize. That ticket was sold in Blue Springs. To play "$100K Triple Play," players can select four numbers between 1 and 51 in Game 1 or let the computer select the four numbers for that set by choosing "Quick Pick." Then, the computer will automatically "Quick Pick" four numbers for each of the next six sets of numbers. To win, a player can match two, three or four numbers in any of the seven sets of four numbers. Prizes include $2, $2,500, $5,000, $25,000 and $100,000 tax paid. $100K Triple Play drawings are held every Friday night at 6:57 p.m. The final drawing for the new limited-time numbers game will be June 30. * winner’s zip code to determine coverage area
