De Soto Man Wins $20,000 Scratchers Prize

A De Soto man will use the $20,000 he won on a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket to "catch up on bills."  Kevin O’Toole, 58, purchased a "Big Bang Bucks" Scratchers ticket from Fish’s Quick Stop, 12973 Highway 21, in De Soto.  After uncovering the top prize in the game, O’Toole claimed his $20,000 winning ticket at the St. Louis Lottery office on July 6.
