Pevely Produces 300th Missouri Lottery-Made Millionaire
A resident of Pevely became an instant millionaire after uncovering the top prize on a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket he purchased in downtown St. Louis. Ernest Pullen, 56, purchased a "100 Million Dollar Blockbuster" ticket at The Stand, 801 Chestnut St., in St. Louis. After uncovering the top prize of $1 million, Pullen claimed his ticket at the St. Louis Missouri Lottery office on June 4.
Pullen became the 47th player to win $1 million or more on a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket, and the 300th Missouri Lottery-made millionaire.
"100 Million Dollar Blockbuster" is a $10 game that officially began Sept. 26, 2007. Although the game has been available for a few years, four top prizes of $1 million remain in the game. Top-prize winners have the option of receiving $50,000 per year for 20 years or a lump-sum cash payment equal to the cost of the $1 million annuity. Players can track prizes remaining for this and every Missouri Lottery Scratchers game here at Molottery.com.
