St. Louis Woman Claims $2.3 Million Lotto Jackpot

A St. Louis woman became the 299th Missouri Lottery-made millionaire after winning a $2.3 million Lotto jackpot on June 2.  Lucille Oker, 59, purchased a $1 Quick Pick Lotto ticket at Circle K, 8600 Watson Road, in St. Louis.  The ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot.  The winning Lotto numbers for June 2 were:  7, 10, 11, 18, 23, 28. 
   
Oker has yet to decide how to take her winnings; as an annuity paid in 25 annual payments or a lump-sum cash payment of $1.2 million.  Circle K will receive a bonus equal to 1 percent of the jackpot amount for selling the winning ticket. 
   
Lotto is an online Numbers Game with jackpots that start at $1 million.  Exclusive to Missouri, Lotto has produced 197 winning jackpots of $1 million or more since the game began in 1986.
