Neosho Woman Nabs $100,000 Lottery Prize
A Neosho woman is $100,000 richer after uncovering the top prize on a Missouri Lottery "$100,000 Taxes Paid" Scratchers ticket. Elsa Reyes, 26, purchased the winning ticket at Casey’s General Store, 505 S. Highway 59, in Anderson."$100,000 Taxes Paid," a $5 game with a top prize of $100,000, officially began on Dec. 25, 2009. To date, three top prizes as well as thousands of prizes ranging from $5 to $10,000, remain in play.
