Lottery Transfers $20.9 Million To Public Education Fund

The Missouri Lottery sent $20.9 million to the Lottery Proceeds Fund for public education programs during the past month.  The transfers, totaling $20,979,460, were based on proceeds from February ticket sales, bringing the total transferred in fiscal year 2010 to more than $189 million.

Since the Lottery began 24 years ago, it has generated more than $3.6 billion in proceeds for the state, including public education.

Eight Scratchers Games to Expire in Next Few Months

Time is running out to redeem prizes from eight Missouri Lottery Scratchers games, which expire during April and May.  They are:

Game 707, “Silver & Gold”	Expires April 7
Game 710, “Sapphire Blue 7s"	Expires April 7
Game 715, “Lucky 7s”	Expires April 7
Game 723, “Cool Cash”	Expires April 7
Game 712, “$100,000 Taxes Paid”	Expires May 22
Game 714, “Fistful of $50s”	Expires May 22
Game 722, “5X Lucky”	Expires May 22
Game 739, “Lucky Bucks”	Expires May 22
