O'Fallon Woman Wins $10,000 Lottery Prize

Story Photo It wasn’t the top prize available on the Missouri Lottery "$5,000,000 Cash Extravaganza" Scratchers ticket, but it was enough for Sarah Tritsch.  The O’Fallon resident claimed a $10,000 prize from the game on March 15 at the St. Louis Regional Lottery office.
Tritsch bought the winning ticket at Petro Mart, 6095 Mexico Road, in St. Peters.  The 24-year-old first-time lottery winner indicated that she would use the winnings as a down-payment on a house.
"$5,000,000 Cash Extravaganza" is a $20 game that officially began on Jan. 23.  The game features 10 prizes of $1 million and three prizes of $5 million, as well as millions in other prizes.  To date, only one $1 million prize has been claimed.  Players can track prizes remaining for this and all of the Missouri Lottery Scratchers games at Molottery.com.
