MEMPHIS CO-WORKERS SHARE $100,000 POWERBALL PRIZE

Five co-workers at Federal Express in Memphis, Tenn., will share a $100,000 Powerball prize after one of their tickets matched all five white-ball numbers in the Nov. 15 drawing. The lucky five are: Harvey Richardson, Carlton Gillard, Dewayne Askew, Derone Payne and Teresa Linebaugh, all of Memphis, Tenn. Richardson, 50, purchased the group’s winning ticket at D & N Raceway in Steele. He said the group has been buying Powerball tickets in Missouri for approximately four years. The winning numbers from the Nov. 15 drawing were: 12, 26, 32, 41 and 46. Richardson said he plans to pay bills and do some Christmas shopping with his share of the winnings. To date, 499 Powerball tickets worth $100,000 have been sold in Missouri since the game began in 1992. Tonight’s Powerball jackpot is estimated at $92 million.
