One of the Missouri Lottery’s most popular Scratchers games has produced another winner.  David Hepker of Blue Springs is the most recent top prize winner in the "Crossword" Scratchers game.  Hepker uncovered letters and was able to spell 11 words, which qualified him for a $50,000 prize.  He purchased the winning ticket at Fast Stop 3, 15003 Truman Road, in Independence.  Hepker claimed the ticket at the Kansas City regional Lottery office on Jan. 12.
