$200,000 Powerball Ticket Sold in St. Charles

An O’Fallon man has stepped forward to claim a $200,000 Powerball prize from the Nov. 18 drawing.  Elmer Cattoor purchased his winning ticket at Thoele Convenience Store, 2212 First Capitol in St. Charles, and claimed his prize at the Lottery’s St. Louis regional office on Nov. 23.  Cattoor matched all five white-ball numbers with the following combination:  32, 42, 50, 58 and 59. 

Powerball is a multi-state game that features jackpots starting at $20 million.  Cattoor’s ticket was the 152nd second-level winning Powerball ticket sold in Missouri.  The estimated jackpot for the next Powerball drawing on Dec. 2 is $30 million.
