A Missouri Lotto player who buys tickets at City Pharmacy, 229 N. Main St. in Slater, has two million new ways to have fun this summer!  One Lotto ticket sold there for the May 16 drawing matched all six numbers drawn – 2, 4, 5, 8, 19 and 42 – to win the $2 million jackpot.

"If you buy Lotto tickets at City Pharmacy, you will want to check them closely," said Susan Goedde, communications manager for the Missouri Lottery.  “If you find you hold the winning ticket, sign the back immediately and put it in a safe place until you can bring it to a Lottery office to claim your prize.”

Lotto winners have exactly 180 days from the drawing to claim their prize.  In this case, the winner has until Nov. 12, 2009.

Missouri Lottery offices are located in Kansas City, Jefferson City, St. Louis and Springfield.  Maps to each office can be found on the Lottery’s Web site at molottery.com.

There have been 190 winning Missouri Lotto jackpot tickets sold since the game began in 1986.
