Beverly Chaney of Florissant is $91,925 richer after winning a jackpot prize in the Missouri Lottery’s Show Me Cash game.  Chaney, 44, purchased her winning ticket at QuikTrip, 150 Howdershell in Florissant, and was one of two players to match all five numbers in the March 30 drawing.  She splits the $183,850 jackpot with Barbara Williams of Cole Camp.

Show Me Cash offers a rolling jackpot that starts at $50,000 and increases by at least $5,000 at each daily drawing.  Chaney used the game’s Quick Pick feature to allow the computer to randomly choose the numbers for her.  Those winning numbers were:  4, 10, 19, 38 and 39.

The Missouri Lottery generates nearly $1 billion a year in sales and contributes more than $265 million annually to Missouri public education programs, including the A+ Scholarship Program, the Virtual Schools program, Special Education Excess Costs, the Vocational Rehabilitation Program and Future Minority Teacher Scholarships.  In fiscal year 2008, the Missouri Lottery ranked sixth in percentage increase in sales among the 42 United States lotteries.
