A St. Louis man and his brother are sharing more than memories after scratching off a $30,000 prize in the Missouri Lottery’s "Bankroll" Scratchers game. Ivan Dobson, 65, of St. Louis (63119*) and his brother John Dobson, 69, of Omaha, Neb., each put $10 down to buy Scratchers tickets yesterday, when they stopped in The Wright Stop in Wright City before going fishing. They scratched the tickets after fishing around noon, and the last ticket they scratched turned out to be worth $30,000. Ivan Dobson plans to put his share in a savings account, and John Dobson plans to use his windfall for a vacation. John was visiting his brother Ivan in the St. Louis area and celebrating his recent retirement as a vice president of a steel company in Omaha. Ivan has been retired from Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis since 1992. The Missouri Lottery’s "Bankroll" game officially went on sale June 24. * winner’s zip code to determine coverage area
