BRANSON WOMAN WINS $10,000

Betty Wisdom, Branson, had an exciting 68th birthday Saturday. Not only did she have the usual cake and presents, but she also had an extra $10,000 cash in her pocket. Wisdom purchased a "Red Hot Money" Scratchers ticket from Country Mart, Highway 13 & 67 in Branson, on July 14. "I scratched it off Friday morning and read it through two or three times," she said. Wisdom, a greeter for the Branson Belle riverboat in Branson, said she and her husband, Kenneth, are not quite sure what they will do with the money. "I am sure I will find a place for it," said Wisdom. They have always wanted to go on a cruise. "Red Hot Money" tickets officially went on sale June 28.
