West Plains Man Becomes Instant Millionaire

A man from West Plains received a "treat" rather than a "trick" this Halloween season.  Hugh Heselton, 55, of West Plains uncovered a $1 million prize on a Missouri Lottery "4 Million Dollar Cash Bonanza" Scratchers ticket on Oct. 30.  Heselton purchased his winning ticket from Hammond Station, 4749 Highway 160 in West Plains.
