Columbia Woman Wins $10,000 In Missouri Lottery Summer Promotion
Rhonda Breneman of Columbia is $10,000 richer after winning the first prize in the Missouri Lottery’s first drawing for the "Take It Home II" promotion. Six other players also won $1,000 cash prizes in the drawing held on Aug. 15. The six winners of the $1,000 prize are:

- Brian Dettenmeier of Barnhart
- John Laster of Park Hills
- Claude Rains of Lee’s Summit
- Laci Williams-Harvey of St. Louis
The "Take It Home II" promotion, which began July 26, offers one grand prize of $300,000* taxes paid to build or buy a home. The total prize value is $422,000.
To enter the promotion, players need to submit $40 worth of any combination of the four eligible Scratchers tickets for this promotion. The eligible games are: "Lifetime Riches," a $10 game; "$250,000 Mega Cash," a $10 game; "100 Million Dollar Blockbuster," a $10 game; and "4 Million Dollar Cash Bonanza," a $20 game. Each entry is eligible for one weekly drawing and the grand-prize drawing.
Three weekly drawings and the grand-prize drawing remain. One prize of $10,000 cash and six prizes of $1,000 cash will be awarded in each weekly drawing. One grand prize of $300,000 to build or buy a home will be awarded in a grand-prize drawing on Sept. 12. The Missouri Lottery will pay standard federal and state taxes for the each prize awarded in the promotion.
Players may enter the "Take It Home II" promotion by submitting their eligible non-winning tickets on the Lottery’s Web site at Molottery.com. Entries may also be dropped off at a Missouri Lottery office in St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield or Jefferson City, or they can be mailed to:
