Father, Son From Kansas Share $108,180 Keno Prize

A father and son from Kansas are sharing a $108,180 prize they won playing Club Keno on July 18.  James Carter, 49, of Mound City, Kan., and his father, Gerald Carter Sr., 75, of Kansas City, Kan., won the prize after matching eight numbers and the Bulls-eye number on an eight-spot game.  They purchased their winning ticket at Drexel Bar & Grill, 108 E. Main St. in Drexel.

Players can win from $1 to $100,000 per $1 ticket per drawing playing Club Keno.  For an extra $1 players can choose the Bullseye option and win from $5 to $300,000.  Club Keno players who play the six-, seven- and eight-spot games are automatically eligible – with no additional costs – to win the extra Progressive Jackpot prize.  If the jackpot is not won during the drawing, it will continue to grow until it is won.  The Progressive Jackpot is pari-mutuel, so players will share the jackpot, based on the amount and the number of winning shares in each prize category.
